Deposits are credited to your winpkr95 account balance once the payment has been confirmed by the relevant payment provider. winpkr95 does not impose currency conversion charges on PKR deposits. Withdrawals from winpkr95 are processed in PKR to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, or to a verified account payment method on file. The platform does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods not registered in your name.

All bets placed on winpkr95 are final once confirmed. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your selections — including the event, market, outcome and stake — before confirming any bet. winpkr95 does not accept requests to cancel or amend bets after they have been confirmed, except in circumstances where the platform determines a bet was accepted in error due to an obvious technical fault or pricing error.
Bets are settled according to the official result of the relevant event as confirmed by the relevant sporting body or data provider used by winpkr95. For cricket markets — including PSL, T20 internationals and bilateral series — official match results as declared by the relevant cricket board are used. In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed or voided, bets will be settled in accordance with the specific market rules applicable to that event.
Live in-play betting is available on selected events including cricket, football and other major sports. Odds during in-play markets update in real time. winpkr95 reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time — for example during significant match events, technical interruptions or when odds integrity cannot be maintained. Bets placed before a market is suspended will be settled on the stated terms unless a technical error affected the odds.
winpkr95 may apply maximum payout limits to individual bets or cumulative winnings within a defined period. These limits will be communicated where applicable. In the event a calculated payout exceeds the applicable maximum, the payout will be capped at the maximum amount stated.
A bet may be declared void and the stake returned in circumstances including: event cancellation, market suspension due to integrity concerns, acceptance of a bet at an obviously incorrect price, or any other situation where settlement on the original terms would be manifestly unfair. The platform's decision on void bets is final.
